Generosity Takes Root
Cova’s story began with humble roots, a deep belief in community, and a determination to make clean water possible. Getting our hands dirty, growing relationships, working from the ground up.
Since those early days, the Cova community of supporter’s spirit of compassion and action has helped us grow into a movement reaching hundreds of thousands of people across Central America with safe drinking water and healthier futures.
That same spirit is alive and well in the communities we serve and in leaders like Rosalinda in San Juan de Opoa, Honduras.
It’s no exaggeration to say that Rosalinda knows everyone in town — and cares about them all. She has spent her life here, investing in her community. Every Saturday morning, neighbors stop by her home to deposit water system fees and, naturally, to talk fútbol. Whether organizing a cook-off to support the local team or cheering from the sidelines, Rosalinda pours her energy into youth and community — believing that when one person steps up, everyone rises.
Children follow our example. We teach them to value and take care of things. Water is a treasure that many countries don’t have, so we must protect it.
Your support empowers local leaders like Rosalinda to build, maintain, and grow safe water solutions that last. Growing from a grassroots effort to a global ripple of change, Cova continues to prove what’s possible when generosity takes root.
Thank you for helping us grow impact — from the ground up!
